A deep clean goes far beyond a regular tidy. We work through your home room by room, tackling the dirt that builds up over months in the places routine cleaning never reaches — inside the oven, limescale on shower screens and taps, grease on extractor hoods, dust on skirting boards and door frames. It is designed for homes that are still lived in, so we work around your furniture and belongings.

How long does a deep clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the property. A 1-bed typically takes 5–6 hours and a 3-bed 7–9 hours. Heavily soiled properties take longer. We give you a realistic estimate with your quote rather than a number that sounds good on the phone.
Is oven cleaning included?
Yes. Inside the oven is included as standard in every deep clean. Some companies charge £40–50 extra for this — we don’t.
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of our customers give us access and come back to a finished home. We’re fully insured and DBS checked.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, everything is supplied. You don’t need to provide anything or have any particular products in the house.
Do I need to tidy up before you arrive?
It helps if surfaces are reasonably clear so we can clean them properly, but there’s no need to deep tidy — that’s partly what you’re paying for. If there’s a lot of clutter, mention it when you book so we can allow the time.
What’s the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
A regular clean maintains a home that’s already clean — dusting, vacuuming, wiping down. A deep clean resets it, removing months of built-up grease, limescale and grime from places routine cleaning doesn’t reach.
Can you clean carpets too?
Yes, carpet cleaning is available as an extra at £30 per room. Mention it when you book so we can allow the time.
How far do you travel?
We cover Surrey, Sussex and South London. If you’re outside that, get in touch and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help.
What if I’m not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 48 hours and we’ll come back and put it right free of charge. That’s our re-clean guarantee.
